I built am building Blende to solve a personal need: how to share my photos with friends and family. I wanted a simple, elegant solution that would allow me to share my photos without having to upload them to social media.

Additionally I wanted to be able to quickly spin up galleries directly from Lightroom. At first I tried the Web Galleries pane in Lightroom but that mostly felt hacky and incomplete.

Thus, Blende was born. Since then it has grown into a full-fledged photo gallery platform with a range of features to help photographers showcase their work.

I love taking photos (on most days) and I love building things (usually). Blende is a project that combines both of these passions, and I'm excited to see where it goes.
